God's promises God promises us that we will know his will . That he will direct our paths. (Proverbs 4:6 & 7). Implicit in this verse is that you need to be following God closely to be directed . James 1:5 says “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.” God promises us wisdom if we ask. My personal recommendations and understanding of the balance between God's role and our role in healing. By Andrew Willis God's role. - The healing evangelist Andrew Womak has speculated that healing is 75% God and 25% Natural. His explanation is that this percentage is not mentioned in the Bible but it is a way of showing his understanding of the balance between God's role and our natural human efforts at eating well, quitting smoking, etc. If you are seeking God's healing, he encourages the following to “press into” and appropriate God's healing for yourself.  Meditate on and memorize healing scriptures  Read books on Christian healing.  Listen to Christian healing podcasts/sermons by Andrew Womak and others.  Our role – No place in the New Testament was Jesus unable to heal someone.
